Their registered office is at Level 3, Ocean Village Business Centre, 23 Ocean Village Promenade, Gibraltar. The 24 hour medical assistance contact is Global response and their number you can call from abroad is 0044 1444 465573. The claims telephone number is 01444 465590 (Travel Claims Team) Both the claims department and medical assistance team are based in the UK.
