“Seems an acceptable premium. The form was easy to complete on line. I also used your chat line to confirm some details with Amy and she checked it for me so all good. Hopefully we won’t need it when we go away but good to know it’s there.”

“Good feeling about obtaining insurance with appropriate pre-existing medical condition. Had much difficulty in accessing my account with the policy documents. Putting in new password failed about 15 times and had to get hold of your staff to resolve this.”
