“I renewed a policy online. Shocked at how expensive insurance costs have gone up by across 1 year. Was told everyone’s has gone up! Would have divided a cl more detailed answer as to why. Call agents seemed quite bored and disinterested. No personality.”

Dear Mr Knight, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and I apologise you were not given a more details explanation as to why the premium had increased. Insurance prices can fluctuate and are based on type of policy, trip duration, destination, age and medical history. From comparing the policy you purchased last year to the one you have taken out this year, I can see the area of travel has changed from Europe to Worldwide.
