“Waited over 20 minutes to speak to an adviser, then had to wait another 5 minutes to speak to another adviser to take my payment. I called whilst at work so was in a rush to get back as I had originally called in my 15 minute tea break.”

“Although expensive, I was pleased to be able to buy travel insurnace for my recent trip to the USA. Sadly, I can't remember the name of the person that I spoke with but they were very pleasant and professional. I didn't have any mishaps while away, not even a broken finger nail, so fortunatley for me, I can't comment of making a claim. I hope for my next adventure I can use Just Travel Cover again.”

Dear Mr James, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Smart Luggage does require your bank details in order to pay your claim. You can press the 'skip' button if you do not wish to add them at this stage. However, if you do need to claim, you will then need to provide either your bank transfer or PayPal details in order to receive payment. I can see your flights have not yet been registered.
