“The experience ov buying the policy was good. I didn't have to make a claim so I cannot comment on how good you would have been if I did”

“Great company until you have a claim then Imglobal deals with claims. Their aim seems to be to make it so difficult that you give up. I have been trying to get a settlement for more than four months for a very straightforward claim. Had received the same list of Questions three times before I got them to admit that they had got the answers.”

Dear Mr Buchan, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We have a panel of insurers with different claims handlers. I am sorry on this occassion that you feel you have not received the expected service. I understand your complaint has been dealt with by IM Global. Kind Regards, Claire
