“Very Professional Service”

“I had to wait over a week for an email with the insurance policy details and only got it then because I was chasing them. I requested a copy through the post and I am still waiting. The staff a very nice but the customer contact and correspondence doesn't match them.”

“things that are really annoying - I have to declare that I had a malignant mole removed 12 years ago and that I have b12 deficiciency. The cost is then very expensive but I am not going to get a malignant mole or suffer from b12 deficiency on a weeks holiday in Tenerife !!!!! It's so frustrating. The costs are just soaring”
