“You might review your website lettering. I did have some difficulties reading the font in a few places. Ensure always good contrast; preferably black writing (no italics) on white beckground, and not too small. (Not everyone has magnification avaiulabe). After completing the required information to obtain a quote, I then left replying to whether I would choose or not for a few days to copnsider it. On tryong to enter your site and set up a password, I got absolutely n o response. Nothin g came on e-mail at any time to al.low me to proceed. Is this because I had left it so long? Can you revise your system t hold options ,open longer? I rang the office, and Katy (?) was able to assist politely and competently. However, I have not yet been able to conect witht extra 'Snart Luggage' site for the extra £3; not sure if missing some zone to click. If asked by a friend, I would suggest they try you, but with provisos!”

“Has a clear process to list your health information on. Significantly Just Travel recognises "Mild Asthma" as a separate condition - whereas other insurers only see "Asthma" and then heap on charges.”

“I have used just Travel for many years for all my travels sometimes cruising some times short breaks and sometimes flying for longer holidays , I am very happy with the polite and helpful staff I talk to on the phone and the cover I have , I will always use Just travel in the future Mrs Wilson”
