“Searched online for quote for cruise insurance. Just Travel cover came up with the cheapest deal, that covered everything we wanted for the cruise. We went ahead with the quote given. Very easy to buy the insurance. All done online.”

“Having previewed your information on the web I applied by telephone in order to clarify a couple of points. The telephone was answered promptly with short menus.The call handler spoke clearly but needed to refer to someone else in order to answer to answer my queries. Payment over the phone was via a secure system. I am currently waiting for paper documents. Subsequent to my purchase I was confused by a couple of emails asking if I had made up my mind yet.”
