“Fuming.i ordered bannana sunbed cream paid for it had to spend over 20 so ordered a cream didnt even want gets a email saying bannana cream out stock after me paying for it..so no not happy.”

“Shocking customer service. Website indicated free next day delivery on orders over £60 but failed to highlight that this is for orders before a cut off time. When I complained I received generic nonsense responses from an ‘AI agent’ when a human finally did respond, the response was sharp in tone & did not acknowledge the vague guidelines with respect to delivery times displayed on the website. Really disappointed with the customer service and the fact that I had to divert my parcel to a post office as I was not going to be home for delivery. A real shame as the order was spot on.”

“I’m very disappointed with my experience with Just My Look. I placed an order on 23rd April which was marked as delivered, but I never received it. The delivery photo provided clearly shows a completely different property, so it was obviously delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted customer service, I was told I have to wait 2–3 weeks for a Royal Mail investigation before they can offer a replacement or refund. While I understand procedures are in place, it’s frustrating as a customer to be left without my order or a resolution for such a long period—especially when the evidence suggests it was misdelivered. Overall, this has been a very inconvenient and disappointing experience. I’m hoping the issue is resolved, but at the moment I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again”
