“Terrible, I ordered the wrong size curler for my Girlfriend. Noticed immediately got onto support 5 mins after ordering to ask them to cancel. they said the would escalate it to get it cancelled. Never heard anything back. I ordered the correct size as well so I received the 25mm and 35mm with the thought of returning but it will cost me €25 to post from ireland. It should have been cancelled there and then straight after.now I am stuck with the 2nd curler and ha e to spend my own time trying to resell. would not use your service again.”
