“Awful experience, my order was never delivered, no email or communication to update me on this. The only way I could enquire and get an update ended up being via 3 different types of AI chat boxes, email, WhatsApp (neither could confirm my order number or email, even after providing print screens of my order receipt). This eventually told me my order had been sent back and told i had wait for my refund. This was 4 days ago and I am yet to receive my refund. This is my first experience ordering from this company so could just be bad luck and one of those things. But I personally feel there are better retailers to purchase products from.”
