“Item came damaged with a considerable amount of conditioner missing from the bottle. Numerous emails have been sent and contact us forms have been completed yet I have only received one email, which was them asking for information that had already been sent and was actually on the email trail. And this was nearly a week after my initial email. Trying to get hold of anyone to sort this out has proved impossible. Not at all happy with the "customer service". Have chased repeatedly and been ignored. Would not recommend”
