“I use Justmylook every so often. I think the deals can be really good. However, this time the item did not get delivered to me meaning I missed out on my birthday gift. I investigated it and they refunded me but did not ask if I wanted an exchange which would have been better. I understand the postal service is at fault regarding the issues delivering but I think the resolution should be discussed with the customer instead of automatic refunds. I appreciate this was them trying to put it right this is just some feedback. Thanks”
