“Loved shopping with Justmylook, it was super easy to find the products I was after! Had a slight mishaps with delivery but December is always a tricky time delivery wise and everything still arrived packaged extremely well! The only thing I would add is my products were wrapped together in bubble wrap so upon unwrapping my products did fly everywhere thankfully none broke, I always prefer boxes over plastic but that’s just a personal preference! Would 110% shop here again, happily!”

“Very disappointed and honestly frustrated. I placed my order on 29/12 and still haven’t received it. Tracking shows it arrived at the local mail centre on 02/01 and has been stuck there ever since with zero updates. This order was meant to be a present for someone, so the delay has completely ruined that. I contacted Just My Look customer service and it was a complete waste of time. The lady I spoke to was unhelpful and rude, and all I was told was to “wait a couple more days.” No effort to actually help or explain what’s going on. Customer service is absolutely rubbish. This isn’t even my first order — I’ve ordered before with no issues, which makes this experience even more unacceptable.”

“I had an issue with the postage with Royal mail as they had lost the parcel. When attempting to contact justmylook, it seemed impossible. Every initial interaction was with an AI bot, which could not get the gist of the issue. Fundamentally, I had no customer service at all from the company. Luckily, my item turned up 15 days late. I will not be using them again!!!!!”

“Perfume arrived smashed and completely empty, had one response from customer service over a week after submitting the issue that just asked for my order details despite them already being submitted in the form and were in the email thread so clearly just a delay tactic.”
