“Ordered on the 27/12 two shampoos and still waiting to receive them. The customer service wasn’t of any help and kept sending generic emails every time I asked where is my order. It’s not worth ordering for most items.”

“Had the wrong item delivered and have not been sent the correct order. Wouldn't trust this company again which is sad because I had a big order to put through. A lot of other reviews have the same issue it seems. No guarantees you'll get what you paid for!”

“It has been 17 days since ordering despite a 3-5 day delivery estimate, and the item still hasn’t arrived. The delay meant I couldn’t arrange an alternative birthday gift, leaving me extremely frustrated. Customer service is slow, with only an AI agent available initially, poor communication, and no clear updates.”
