“When it comes to workmanship on a product, to me that really matters especially in todays market where everything is disposable and these guys hit the mark and how. Crazy as it may seem, when someone designs a "themed product" the details are important, the more attention to the details, the better the themed product. Pretty much everything about Just Geek's experience is on the nose. So who would have guessed a themed series of Ducks would every be a thing, yet they are. We purchased them as gifts for the upcoming Princess Cruise we are about to take. Our only wish would have been able to get a special deal on a selection of "themed ducks" like the small ones we purchased in a variety pack so we could leave them about the ship for other guests to find.... (Take note guys... Yes, Rubber Duck hunting on a cruide ship is a thing). Keep making crazy movie and entertainment themed ducks, you're on to something there.”

“My ducks came super fast considering I live in the US and they came from the UK! They shipped out the same day that I ordered them! They were perfect and the price was fair for limited edition items. Very happy and recommend Just Geek for all your quirky fun gifts!”

“I was very happy with the purcahse. Great quality figure and I like the way the box was put together to hold all of the pieces. if you are a fan of the Rob Zombie version of this movie you will not be disapointed with this. I highly recommend you get it.”

“I sent an email detailing my experience. I’m very upset that my collectible item arrived in a badly damaged box. I will not order again nor will I recommend to others. While I understand my order underwent international shipping, I paid half what I paid for my item for shipping… I have also personally packed and shipped items internationally before so I know it’s not unreasonable to expect something sold as a collectible to be packaged with better care. My item’s value has dropped significantly due to the condition of the box and I don’t appreciate paying full price for damaged goods. It’s equally disappointing that I received no acknowledgement of my original email explaining my disappointment —I only received review solicitations. Overall, this speaks to a very poor and disconnected customer experience. Edited to add: evidence of the email you didn’t receive. You may want to review your communication processes if your recommended contact method doesn’t actually get anywhere.”
