“it would have been 5 star review but on this occasion the packaging was slightly crushed! on arrival luckily the contents which was for me was OK but on previous orders they all arrived in good order no damage to any of the boxes.. but this has not put me off from buying again from Jumblies which I'm sure I will be doing in the near future..”

“Good deal but the shipping box was inadequate. Box arrived in bad shape. Seller should use better box, especially for international shipping. Inside packaging was good so the item was not damaged. Overall satisfied.”

“I found that Jumbles models were very good at responding to my email s that I sent them in relation to questions that I asked about the different model aircraft l wanted to buy. The only thing that I had trouble with having ordered a model was with the customs side of things in my home country. The shipping company's website that I used was requiring me to pay the customs charges by debit card and there was a lot of frustration with trying to pay them,in the end the company had to ask me to pay by a bank transfer. It was eventually sorted out. Overall l had a good experience with Jumbles Models.”

“Whilst happy with your company's prompt service, the level of satisfaction with the HM model of the F35B was less than satisfactory. The fit of the internal & wing weapons stations was VERY poor so I gave up & displayed the model only in "flight mode" (with undercarriage up & without weapons). For a model costing almost GBP 100 (!!), UNACCEPTABLE. It was like a poorly fitting model-kit for "beginners"!”

“It was a pre-order item that I purchased. Communication could have been better, (hence only 4 stars)I kept having to email for updates. When the item was in stock it was despatched promptly and arrived quickly. Overall good service, good stock and good prices.”

“Jumblies offer a good range of models at competitive prices. Not quite so good; their website is a little glitchy, price matching doesn't work well (not at all in my experience) and their packaging is basic, compared to their competitors.”

“The Item I bought was pre-ordered months ago and was available elsewhere many weeks before Jumblies could supply it. But as I have used them before without fault I stuck with them and did not go elsewhere. Their service is and was great and it's probably not their fault that round two had a backlog of orders. So all good in the end.”
