“Mitch,, or if u like Laurence... again I ordered and payed for in full 50 pounds for a huey ... in August told get in September, still not got or any reason why.. I allso ordered a kit again no answer or up date... put I payed in full fir a huey in August. Not got yet ... dont use them”

“I've used , them on and off .. now more off,,, it's sept,,, I payed for a kit in full at 44 , told sept begging of should get,, still have not ,, I got this kit , in August. . Evey time u call no answer,,,,, I suggest to,anyone reading this ,,,, use emodels . . Cant get hold of jubilee,,, 44 pounds I've lost”

“You would think with all the 5 star reviews that this company have received from satisfied customers that they are infallible! Well I for one thought so. I’ve even given them reviews of 5 stars myself. But now I am just so disappointed with them. Can you believe I pre ordered the Atlantis Wolfman kit in December of 2022 and here we are in May of 2024 and it’s still not arrived! After several Emails to them enquiring of a delivery date and their promises of keeping me updated I’ve heard nothing. Unfortunately I think this is unacceptable. I’ve had some great kits from Jumblies but now I won’t be ordering anymore. I’ve asked for my deposit back but don’t suppose I’ll get that either.”

“This was a must-have model, long awaited. And there's the rub. Although I pre-ordered and paid a deposit, and although I saw the odd (later and later) update regarding delivery, nary a word did I hear directly from Jumblies. I'm not alone in this, I have a friend in the same boat. The delays may well have been entirely out of the hands of Jumblies - but communicatiuons were most ceretainly in the hands of the company, not their suppliers. Despite this, the model is fine and will fit well with the AMT Man in Space vehicle set and any of the 1/288 Shuttles, but Jumblies let themselves down badly with the ordering, updating and so forth. The bottom line is that I'm highly unlikely to pre-order from the company again. Sorry to be negative, but my experience was... ...negative.”

“Very shoddy with preorder. Basically the last model shop in the UK to get the kit in. A ‘countdown’ for number of days until arrival was given on webpage - when the counter reached zero I heard nothing but thought I would wait and see. Nothing after a week. So got in touch and was told kit had arrived that day. I don’t like liars so I told it to keep the deposit and bought kit from better more competent model shop. I will never go back to these things again. Avoid”

“Terrible service paid for this ten days ago and still have not received it. Have sent two e mails and they have not replied. Company did not use alternative postal companies because of Royal Mail strike like other companies . This will be my last time using Jumblies Models. It will be interesting to see if this review is posted but it’s a 100 % honest review.”

“This is of course not the fault of Jumblies......but......my F16 Texas ANG model has numerous underwing store options. The gaps in the wings were far to small for these to be fixed properly without sanding and filing and some messy 'trial and error!' For a price of £75+ this is very disappointing. I have an F16 in Polish Air Force markings - 'no problemo!' Inform the maker?”

“I preordered a kit and handed over £5, when I tried to pay the balance I was told that it was out of stock. A letter was sent to my place of work dated 15th December asking for the balance to be paid. This did not arrive until the 23rd when I was already on holiday. On returning to work I subsequently tried to phone as instructed but I could not get through as it was permanently engaged. Also my emails remained unread with no reply forthcoming. In the end I had to place a separate order for the kit and they still owe me the £5. I will not be using these services ever again.”

“Good prices, but nonsense service. Web site advertises 24 or 48hr tracked shipping, which they seem not to actually use. Advised of dispatch on 22 April. Now 29th and nothing has arrived. Royal Mail tracking returns "only updated after we have attempted delivery" - if ever. So far my money gone and nothing to show for it. I'd rather pay a couple of quid more for honest service. Others do better. Disappointed.”

“I won the bid for a F35c Lighting 2 . when I got my product I received a F35a in aF35c box with a sticker saying it was a F35a. I got the wrong plane.”
