The Item I bought was pre-ordered months ago and was available elsewhere many weeks before Jumblies could supply it.
But as I have used them before without fault I stuck with them and did not go elsewhere.
Their service is and was great and it's probably not their fault that round two had a backlog of orders.
So all good in the end.
