I found that Jumbles models were very good at responding to my email s that I sent them in relation to questions that I asked about the different model aircraft l wanted to buy. The only thing that I had trouble with having ordered a model was with the customs side of things in my home country. The shipping company's website that I used was requiring me to pay the customs charges by debit card and there was a lot of frustration with trying to pay them,in the end the company had to ask me to pay by a bank transfer. It was eventually sorted out. Overall l had a good experience with Jumbles Models.
