“Arrived on time, but had a problem with the delivery firm. I had a Doctor's appointment and left a note on the door to ask driver to deliver to the shop, which he totally ignored and left on doorstep. My neighbour noticed it when they were going out and took it in. Airplane is fine..”

The website is well designed, easy to navigate and kept up to date. This is true also for the timely emails sent out giving details of the latest offerings.
