“I have been purchasing model planes from Jumblies now since early 2013. I have always found them to be very efficient and quick to respond to my queries despite living in Australia. Can't remember ever having less than a 24-hour turn-a-round response. Their pre-order system also allows me to guarantee I obtain the products I am interested in at an upfront reasonable price. Great to be able to use a company that is so reliable and customer-focused.”

“I've been a customer for a few years now. Jumblies have very competitive pricing and great range and availability of all the latest, new releases. Their pre-ordering service has been excellent, with clear information provided on their website to keep track of all your pre-orders. Super customer service too, particularly on the only occasion a couple of years ago when the postal service damaged an ordered item in transit (many thanks Jamie for your help). “Very helpful and fantastic service. Good communicators wether it’s through social media or website. Had a couple of models delivered with a couple of marks but managed to touch up and nothing to do with Jumblies. Prices are fantastic and realistic, not like some companies.
