“I think Jumblies Models are superb. Their range of 1/18 scale model cars is fantastic & their pricing is spot on too. The website is really clean, easy to navigate & you get to see plenty of pictures from different angles of the model you're looking at. Delivery is spot on also, very fast & your car & it's box arrive perfectly intact. When I'm looking for a new car I just log onto Jumblies.”

“I tend to phone an order through as it quicker than using the website. The service I receive is very good indeed - the person I speak to offers excellent customer care, and handles my order efficiently and expedites it immediately. A confirmation e-mail is received by return and subsequent e-mails confirm the status of the order. The goods usually arrives within two days. I cannot fault the service and will certainly use Jumblies again.”

“I have been a customer for a few years now and I have always had a great service from you guys with no issues whatsoever. I shop with other suppliers as well but I find your company is the most reliable with very prompt deliveries and models are always arriving on my doorstep in robust packaging undamaged. I have a large collection of 1/72 and 1/200 die cast aircraft with room for many more! I would however like to see the Herpa range and a few others on offer in these scales as I have to purchase these from another supplier.”

“It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I pre-ordered my 1/24 aventador SV over a year ago, and although the wait was long (the manufacturers fault) being notified of its existence and being allowed to pre-order it was a great bonus. I asked Jumblies if they knew what colours it woul come in, and they actually contacted the manufacturer to confirm this which is top customer service!! Then Jumblies gave a due date of when they were going to receive the stock which gave me something to look forward to, and finally when the stock was received I was notified and able to confirm delivery straight away. Finally after receiving the model it was worth the wait. I am definitely one of the first customers in the world to have recieved it as I posted it all over social media and had loads of comments as to how and where I got it from. Currently from searching for the same model on google, it is impossible to find another seller who is selling one now, so this makes the whole experience overall much more special. My next pre-order is for the F12TDF which I cant wait to receive later this year!!”

“Walrus model left with neighbour this morning. Ordered late pm last Monday, received e-mail advising despatch on Tuesday with number to trace through Post Office. PO site gave no information so made sure that I was in all day to receive it - did not arrive !! Had to go out this morning but luckily neighbour took it in. So much for "Next day Delivery"”

Hello Mr Shilling, We have looked into your issues, We can advise that your order was sent Via Parcelforce not Royal Mail (Which was stated in the Dispatch email sent from Parcel Force and Our Order System). This is why you could not track the delivery. The order was dispatched Tuesday and delivered next day at 14:41 pm to your neighbour. Kind Regards The Jumblies Team
