“I received my model two days after being told that it had been posted. That was a good start and upon opening the packaging I saw that every care was taken to ensure that it reached me without any damage caused by handling during transit. First class service in my opinion”

“My recent purchase of a Hobby Master F-14 was to the same high standard of all my purchases from Jumblies. The model was very well packaged (as usual) and arrived promptly. The customer service from Jumblies is second to none, best illustrated when the model manufacturers QC has failed, but Jumblies offer a no-quibble exchange, no fuss and quickly dealt with. The team are a pleasure to deal with.”

“Great products ! I ordered a USMC Hercules and a USN E-2C Hawkeye. They arrived on time, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from you again. In fact, I would like to be kept informed of future products as they become available, or maybe any 'sales' of note that you may/might have in the near future !”

“Hi, You asked for a review........Well lets just say I have been dealing with you for many years now and will continue to do so. As you probably realise, I am living in Norway and you send the more expensive models I buy from you, to either Scotland or England for me to pick up on visits to "the mother country". The pre order system works perfect and allows me to save up for the ordered item. Your packing is first class, your postage rates are reasonable and on the odd occasion I have emailed you, I always get help in a very understanding manner. So in conclusion they are a seller that I can trust and I will be using you in the future.”

“The delivery of the model was prompt, but unfortunately incorrect. However, a telephone call enabled this to be promptly corrected with profuse apologies, and the model was extremely well packed and well received within two days.”
