In addition, the courier keeps the goods firm until a precise description of the material sent arrives ... and it is not clear why the request is received by those who wait for the goods rather than those who sell them ... in short, it is better to buy in the EU!”

“I had trouble buying on line and I really wanted this jacket so I called the help line. The lady who helped was just so patient and could not have been more helpful. All happened smoothly and I ended up with this lovely coat that I have wanted for a long time. Then when it arrived the next day it was packed so beautifully. I love my coat and the whole experience buying from this company I will not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you.”
