“The customer service was very friendly when I asked about the customs duty I had to pay for delivery to Austria (48 Euros) . They said if I had ordered through the EU website customs duty would have been calculated straight away (which would have given me the opportunity to decide if I really wanted to spend 100 Euros on the kimono jacket). This should have been pointed out to me when I placed my order. Apart from that, everything was fine!”
