“All good apart from one disappointing thing… I order matching kimono, I paid for both items ( trousers & top), was excited to receive them and then, completely out of blue I had money refunded into my PayPal ( going by amount refunded, it looked like the money for the kimono). I had to email and ask why as there was no email to go with the refund.
I had a reply after that, confirming what I thought. It would be nice to be advised ahead, or not allowing me to pay for it in the first place. If you didn’t have it, you should have r removed it from the shopping site. I am feel sad now as I don’t have the matching top, but still pleased with the trousers.”
“I recently had to make a return on some shoes i ordered in the wrong size.
I live in Canada and was surprised that I had to pay more than $80C to return this item and reorder another pair.
It is disappointing customer policy that you do not reimburse this fee as many other businesses do.
It is unfortunate because I definitely like your store but will not continue to purchase other things.
