I had some questions about them, so made a phone call to the store and the person who answered was friendly, helpful and gave me the answers I was looking or to feel comfortable buying on-line.”
“I haven’t received my jacket yet, but that’s mainly due to the poor postage solution you use. All the other clothing vendors I use (Vollebak, Peregrine, Le Col) use DHL and it’s, a) a lot quicker, b) there’s no hand off to some other local logistics company (SPL in this case), so the information flow is a lot better. So, 6 business days as advertised, has so far doubled and updates and info is very poor.”
