“I've emailed several times about the next day shipping (which didn't arrive the next day), about further discounts as it went on sale the day after I purchased it (before I even received it), and about exchanging it for a larger size (I still haven't had an answer on this). I only get partial answers to my questions and then no response until I chase it again with another email. I shop with JulesB often, but this experience is making me look at other retailers.”
