Jules b usually makes me happy, but not in this instance. I must however praise their easy delivery and returns service.

I had it delivered to store which is great as they contact you to tell you it’s in store for collection but on this occasion I wasn’t contacted so rang the shop and it had been There for a few days but this is the first time it has happened

3.5/5 at best. + Unbeatable value. + Good customer support. - The website was glitchy when I chose international delivery. - Completely unrealistic photo of the jacket I ordered - different color, and it's matte not glossy. A little bit disappointing, but I will keep it because the jacket fits me really well.

Arrived quickly. Disappointed that when I first ordered a different colour that the item was out of stock and did not arrive. I had to contact Jules B. A refund was given very quickly but found the emails I received were not as apologetic as they should have been.

Jules B made me very unhappy as I bought three Oska jumpers over a period of a couple of weeks and on the day I received the second jumper and before the last one was even delivered they further reduced the price. When I contacted them regarding this last minute price drop they haven't even bothered to pen a reply to me. Sadly due to the lack of contact from their Customer services department I would not buy from them again or recommend for my friends to do so either.

Item was lovely but not happy that in my parcel was included another customers invoice/paperwork including personal and confidential information which I should not have seen in line with a company’s adherence to the data protection act. I called the customer straight away (as had access to her phone number) and told her I would destroy her details. This means that Jules B sent my Personal and confidential information that I had agreed to give the company not anyone else, out in someone else’s parcel. Tried calling customer services on Saturday 30th Dec but offices closed.

Love Jules B website - easy to navigate and great brands - but have found the last that the colours of 3 items I’ve bought are quite different in the flesh than portrayed online. Have returned 1 item purely because of this and this may put me off buying in future sadly as have to pay for postage.

The box was damaged upon delivery, which makes the gift look tatty. Other than that delivery wait time was quick.

I don't find your website very easy to use.Lack of information about sizing of different designers.As I only order infrequently I forgot my password. A very helpful assistant guided me through the ordering process.Once I'd jumped through all these hoops the delivery was very efficient.The order was delivered at the stated time and left in the designated safe place.i can't be the only customer who would like to order by phone and speak to a real person.

The bag delivered was the wrong colour. Sent an email on Saturday and hadn’t received a reply by Tuesday so rang instead. Lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful but unfortunately there was no stock left of the bag I ordered.

Very good service however suggest trying on the item before purchasing over the internet else you get charged for returning it.
