Due to arrive last Friday and hasn’t, have tried to contact Royal Mail and they aren’t helping at all, the tracking number has nothing showing since they sent it to the wrong depot on the 2nd and have emailed JulesB and had no reply from them either so I can’t review my product as I haven’t received it

“I have used Jules B before and I have never had any problems until this last purchase. For some reason I was unable to login and reset my password and I actually left the website to look for the item elsewhere. After being unable to find the same item for around the same price I went back to Jules B website and tried again. Luckily I was able to login and purchase the item. I had to pay extra for next day delivery”
