“Very poor service. Never got the exchange product promised. Although same product with same size available online allowing purchase of more than a pair, customers service says the size for which exchange is requested was sold out. Return charge deducted from refund which yet to be refunded.
Customer service adviser wouldn’t allow me to speak to anyone else. She confirmed the bulk stops with her.
Very disappointed. Felt ripped off.

“Ordered on the app and found it totally annoying I could only get as far as request for payment after trying numerous times on different devices I opened the web site on a search engine and only then could I complete my order. I have placed orders with you before and have never had this problem”
