“My wife and I are probably amongst your longest most loyal customers, initially dealing with I think Mr.Ivor Jukes. We have recommended you to many along the way but of late have found the tremendous hike in premiums unaffordable. The most amazing being our house insurance which increased from something like three hundred and odd pounds to well over £1000 with LV. Last year I saved over £100 on my BMW insurance with the same company you recommended by dealing direct namely Ageas. We try so hard to stay with you. Mike & Valerie Hatcher”

It means a great deal to us that you've trusted us and even recommended us to others. Your support is truly invaluable. We completely understand your concerns regarding the increases in premiums. While we strive to find the most competitive and suitable cover for our clients, premiums can sometimes rise due to factors outside of our control, such as insurer pricing changes or shifts in the wider market. We completely agree that the increase suggested by LV in 2023 was unreasonable, and worked very hard to find a suitable alternative ahead of that renewal and move you to your current insurer. Your loyalty and satisfaction are incredibly important to us, and should you wish to explore any of your policies further we will be very happy to discuss with you. I also note your comments on the BMW insurance. It is a frustration shared by us that insurers offer different pricing depending on whether dealing direct or via a broker. The level of service for both models is very different, but appreciate that pricing is also very important and as above, we will always do our best to find the best deal that we can through the channels available to us. “I’ve used Jukes for over 40 years and value their assistance in sorting any problems out. The staff are so pleasant and helpful, and the trauma of an accident or other claim is greatly reduced. I could probably save a few quid by shopping around on the internet, but then I would have to do the work myself, and sort out any claims myself. The prices quoted each year are always among the lowest available, but I know I can trust their recommendations. Top marks!”
