“Have been dealing with jukes insurance for over 50 years Aaron and staff are always informative and helpful. I was in my early twenties when they helped me get my car insurance when other brokers Turned me down. I have been using them ever since with no problems I am now 82 I have recommended them over the years to friends and family”

“I have been a customer of Jukes Insurance now for over 35 years ,and that in many ways says it all. I have on occasions spoken with friends ,who themselves,were brokers and requested they view my policies ,in every case they stated I had been offerrred an excellent and sound insurance. The Jukes team are professional,reliable and are empathic .”

It’s great to hear you’ve had consistently positive experiences with us over the years, we truly value your support and for giving us the chance to retain you again this year. Regarding pricing, we understand your concern. We aim to send renewals to clients 3 weeks ahead of the renewal date, and when we send this out we will have checked our rates based on the information we have on file and will offer the best available renewal premium that we have. Many insurers now use live pricing, meaning premiums can sometimes decrease closer to renewal. While it’s often the other way around, we’re seeing more instances of prices changing favourably. When you came back to us with an alternative quote, we re-checked our rates and still had nothing more competitive than had been offered, but the insurer was open to our request for a reduction in order to retain your business given the alternative option you had found.
