“Five Star, simples - I would give six if I could. I have dealt with Jukes for over ten years with both our properties and vehicles insurance. “Whilst a lovely, helpful and friendly team, I would prefer an email or call a few weeks before a policy is due to expire. It is not reliable enough to assume the renewal has landed in the post. We all have busy lives, shifts etc and that extra nudge for me would go a long way. A call or voicemail 20 minutes before closing for the weekend is pressure none of us need when insurance expires on a weekend or bank holiday. I know the renewals are the customer’s responsibility too, however I have felt frustrated with what feels like a last minute reminder.”
