My entire experience with Juicers.ie was shockingly bad. I ordered a dehydrator and it arrived completely broken. I emailed immediately to return it, and they did not want to take it back. First they required me to film a video proving it was broken. Once I proved this, they asked me to go to the hardware store to buy fuses to try to repair it myself. I can not accept that a brand new item needs to be repaired upon arrival, so we emailed back and forth for weeks with me just trying to return the dehydrator. After I filed a dispute with my credit card company, juicers.ie decided that they would take it back, but they asked me to organize shipping! After several more days of discussions, they finally sent a shipping label and took the dehydrator back, but they insisted they would only refund my money if their technicians confirm it is actually broken... This was clear when it arrived, so finally, after approximately a month, they accepted the return and issued a refund. When the money was redeposited into my account there was a wire transfer fee of a couple of pounds charged to me. I am too exhausted at this point to fight over that, so in the end I am out several hours of time and a little bit of money and I do not have a dehydrator. FYI: The customer service reps I dealt with were named Julia and Hakan. If you find yourself in this situation, I recommend trying to avoid them if at all possible. Good luck.

I got a juicer only a few months ago and its not juicing some fruits and vegetables properly - they just turn to mush even though they are cut into small pieces, fed in slowly etc - the support email system is a joke - they say I have to pay to send it back to their service department as it must be the apples I use and they will check it with Granny Smith apples - so basically saying you should only use these apples - I got this at expense but wanted it for my health - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I purchased a dehydrator from juicers.ie on June 23. It did not work properly and I contacted juicers on July 3 about this. After several emails back and forth reminding them, they have still not collected the machine. I have missed the season to dehydrate and I want a refund but they are refusing to give me one. Appalling post-sale service - the worst I have ever encountered. I would not recommend buying anything from juicers.ie. I am sorry I did.

I wrote a review about a product on the 25th August but they never put it up on the site. I spent over €240 on a juicer and when I contacted their customer service about a replacement part they asked me for details about my juicer, including when I purchased it. I provided this and then was told to buy the replacement part on their site. I bought it and then found out a week later that this should have been covered under Samsons lengthy guarantee. I wrote to the customer service team again but they dismissed my query.

Please avoid buying from this company. I received a broken Magimix and the customer service has been appalling. The Magimix has yet to be replaced a month later. Unbelievably poor service

Avoid ordering from this company. This is a UK company not an Irish Company. I placed an order on the 7th of January and no details after numerous communications when i will receive my order. I own a large e commerce company so i am conscious of Brexit and Covid related backlogs. Before i placed the order wioth Juicies.ie i called their number and enquired if the stock was held in Ireland. I was told on 2 separate occasions that the goods were warehoused in Galway which was clearly incorrect information. After numerous calls and e mails i am still awaiting my order to be delivered and i ordered on the 7th of January. 2 e mails on the 31/01/2021 state that they are at the Irish border awaiting customs clearance. I never write reviews as i have been of the wrong side of customer reviews myself however after 3 weeks of no accurate updates i feel i have been left with no other option. Plain and simple buy elsewhere if you read this.

See all other negative reviews are due to poor customer service. Customer service is appalling when a product is faulty. They insisted that a video be sent in to show the fault instead of the goods being returned. They, after much emailing, then accepted that the item was faulty and now I have been told to send back the faulty item by courier stating exactly when the product will be delivered so that somebody is available to receive it. According to the Sales of Goods Act 1980, the purchaser should not have to pay for returning the item as they should not be at a loss. I have emailed them regarding this but have not got a reply. They refuse to take support calls by phone. BEWARE : If, as a customer you wish to return an item, you will be quoted the Sales of Goods Act 1980 and their terms and conditions. Also note that goods cannot be returned to the Dublin address on the website. They must be returned to Galway although I was first told that if I insist on returning a faulty item I must send it to England.

We are unsure what return call you are waiting for? We request all customers wishing to return unused items during the cooling-off period to send an email to support@juicers.ie with their order details and they will receive reply within one working day.

The Vitamix A2500 arrived quicker than the delivery time stated which was great and the blender whilst being expensive is the best I have used.

I place my order of the Vitamin from Juicers.ie and although there was a was around 10 days delay they did keep me informed. They explained the situation and that there where issues with getting goods from Vitamix directly. I did just get my item and it is perfect. Sometimes there are delays which are unavoidable and sometimes they are avoidable. I believe juicers.ie tried there best to minimise delays.

All good, except for one thing. I bought the wrong piece, my fault, has 30 days to return it and got an automatic message to say my 30 days were up and could no longer return the piece. Now, if you set up an automatic response system, it would be fair to set it up a week before the deadline to remind the customer that they need to send it back. It would be very easy to do. I feel the current system is set up to reduce the likelihood of a successful return.

Just ordered replacement filters for the distiller I bought from them. Billed me on May 1st and 5 weeks later after numerous calls finally admitted they had no stock of what I ordered. Very poor.
