“I got a juicer only a few months ago and its not juicing some fruits and vegetables properly - they just turn to mush even though they are cut into small pieces, fed in slowly etc - the support email system is a joke - they say I have to pay to send it back to their service department as it must be the apples I use and they will check it with Granny Smith apples - so basically saying you should only use these apples - I got this at expense but wanted it for my health - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM”

“My third magimix since 1970's. Cumbersome. Difficult to operate lid. Very disappointed. Last model much more user friendly. Old and new parts not interchangeable.”

“I am so disappointed with this juicer, grinder as for what it costs it does not deliver at all. I wanted slow juicer for my juicing but found it to be useless. I had slow juicer from Lidl which was 100 times better however when it broke I search for replacement and thought Sampson was expensive but will deliver superior results. When I was disappointed with it's performance as a juicer I tried to use it as a grinder for my coffee beans. However it performed even worse as a grinder as it would get stuck every time I put more than 5 beans at once. It was a waste of money and I would never recommend it to anyone.”
