“Ordered a cabin they took our money but not in stock. Asked them to refund. They said the aborted my payment but not back in bank”

Hi Sue, the item you ordered asked you to call for availability. We aborted your payment as soon as you requested to cancel your order. This can take up to 72 hours for your bank to process. Kind Regards Customer Experience Manager

“Damaged bath and long lead time. Was initially offered a partial refund which was then reduced to a mere token sum and told it was minimal damage and to repair it myself! Shocking customer service and is a real shame as until that point had only dealt with helpful and friendly people.”

“Ordered an entire bathroom suite including a steam shower, I wasn’t expecting delivery before Christmas but all arrived within a week well packaged with outstanding communication from start to finish. I am very pleased with the quality of my order and the speed in which any queries were answered. Quality company, competitive price, I will without doubt use again for my next project. Highly recommend”

“We purchased the Insignia Premium Quadrant Shower after our old shower leaked onto our kitchen ceiling. JT Spas were prompt in answering any questions we had and the unit arrived on the date promised. We had to wait to find a plumber to install but now it is up and running with a 3 Bar pump it is fantastic! Love relaxing with the Monsoon shower or body jets while listening to my favourite playlist through the built in speakers. Will never go back to standard shower cubicles. The leak proof tray system is great! No more silicone issues! Highly recommend the Insignia shower and the customer support offered by JT Spas.”
