My shower cabin was delivered over a week late, and the box was extremely scruffy and bent. The courier company told me that they had had this box "knocking around" in their warehouse since October 2023, after another JT Spas customer had cancelled their order for it. During that time it had been moved several times, including a complete warehouse relocation. So when my March 2024 order came through from JT Spas they couldn't find this old box in their new warehouse; it took them a week. It also meant the box was badly bent and damaged, but by the time it arrived it was too late to order an alternative, so I reluctantly decided to accept it anyway. The cabin is ok, EXCEPT FOR the doors which truly dreadful and not fit for purpose. The "hinges" are just long plastic strips down the door edges, which are so stiff it's really hard to open them to get in or out of the cabin, plus they cannot close properly so they dig into you all the time whilst showering. So overall not a good experience of JT Spas !!

Small damage to the tub and roof of the shower cabin but I managed to repair with white silicone. The stool looked like it had been dropped from 4 floors up and the put in the box. No damage to the packaging!! .I informed JT spas who asked if we could repair it because they were running low on stock. The replacement they have sent looks like something that was knocked up by a local welding apprentice. It's covered in welding snots and has cutting burrs on the legs sharper than a new Stanley blade. If you seen this stool in a shop you wouldn't believe your eyes. Never in my life have I seen something so badly made. Typical internet rubbish. I have only kept it to show other people how bad it is. Can't be bothered to send it back and it's probably cheaper for me to purchase a proper stool from a proper retailer. Very disappointed to say the least.

I purchased a LISNA WATERS LWSL03 900mm x 900mm steam shower cabin which was cheaper on the JT Spas website (now I know why). The packaging was very damaged upon arrival so I quickly checked inside but could not see anything obvious but the delivery drivers had quickly driven off. After opening all packaging a few weeks later when ready to install, I found the metal frame was damaged where the panels click together. I managed to straighten the profile enough for the frames to fit. Also found the black mirror backing was flawed in a couple of places which would not stick back down properly. Instructions were poor for the frame assembly and non-existant for the electrical connections (luckily I'm a professional tradesman). The pre-fixed plumbing on the centre panel was defective with silicon hoses crimped by the way they had been routed. Again I sorted this out fitting new silicon hoses where more room was available. Some of the touch buttons don't work effectively or not at all in the case of the volume control for the radio. The characters for different showering modes are labeled in the wrong place. Both the brackets for the control box and steam generator had to be modified to allow for flush fitting behind the centre panel. The waste assembly supplied is very cheap and beware in European sizes. On the whole, the shower felt cheap and wish I had returned it for another brand. Looks ok now installed but I would not choose this brand again. If you are seriously considering a steam shower cabin I would steer clear and look at alternative brands. To JT Spas, my advice would be to remove this product from your website I have reasonable doubts about its build quality.

We had a positive experience from the company I wouldn't recommend the bath I bought tho The on but for the spa is in a position where you always turn it on by mistake and is hard to turn off resulting in water all over the wall The plug is also in the middle where you constantly open it with your bum

Was told 8 to10weeks chased numerous times was told they would return call with update information never happened bath was delivered with no installation requirements or instructions for the money spent poor service sorry don't normally bother with this stuff but hopefully you'll understand

Hi J Davies Based on the order number used i can see you were not the original purchaser but another person with different first and last name. The product manual though as been previously sent to them last year, a new 2021 version was received this past week from the product manufacturer and this too has now been sent to the purchaser. There are 2 buttons on the bath 1 button turns on the spa jets on the base of the bath and the other turns on the whirlpool jets and underwater lights, press the buttons again to switch offthe system. Before placing my order on line I called and checked stock was available. Once the order was placed items said they were despatched but nothing arrived, after many phone calls on an expensive line I was finally told that the items were not available and had to cancel items a order from another company. Thus put the who job back 1 1/2 weeks because your system allows automatically sends a email confirming part are despatched when they are not and you have no control over the despatch. You must get this right or I will order else where, at a company who has robust systems. Happy to help further if you need more information Mark Watkins 07798708052

I hate giving poor reviews, but I firmly believe that if you say nothing then nothing will happen and nothing will change. Firstly, Their updating schedule delivery system via Email never changed it always said "awaiting dispatch" Secondly, I found the delivery wagon quite by accident outside my previous home address (the address to where my card is currently registered for payment) instead of turning up at my new address (The delivery address I gave and was clearly stated on their paperwork to me, but not to the delivery company. If I hadn't needed to nip to my previous address for something, the driver would have left and I would have had to sort out another delivery slot. Thirdly, The Shower itself, is rather flimsy and not at all worth the £900 odd quid it cost. The instruction/assembly booklet was obviously translated from some oriental language into pidgin English, and referred to items that either weren't there - already fixed on or had been superseded by alternative items not covered, so the majority of the build was conducted experimentally. Lastly, the whole cabinet looks good, although the lid flaps about at the top as there should be some method of affixing this at the front which may aid rigidity/stability. I haven't used it yet, but all the functions seem to work OK..Would I buy another - No. If someone wanted one would I tell then to go to JT Spas - Only after telling them to be aware of their delivery problems.

ITS BEEN A WEEK SINCE THE ORDER , PART OF WHICH ARRIVED YESTERDAY WITH NO COMMUNICATION ON IT BEING A PART DELIVERY. PHONED TODAY TO BE TOLD THAT REST OF ORDER WILL ARRIVE NEXT TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY. VERY UNFRIENDLY , UNHELPFUL PERSON ON PHONE AND MADE TO FEEL IT WAS SOMEHOW MY PROBLEM / UNREASONABLE EXPECTATION. SO DO NOT KNOW YET QUALITY OF PRODUCT BUT IF YOU WANT FRIENDLY SERVICE OR DELIVERY IN LESS THAT 12/13 DAYS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING HERE.

Apologies order received 4days ago we advise delivery within 5-7 working days, the Trim arrived separately normally the courier calls you to confirm apologies if this never happened, but i think you mentioned on your call you were called about that. The main delivery of wall panels is due tuesday/wednesday the delivery company advised. Looking at emails we emailed the delivery details for tracking a few days ago in case you needed to speak with them we use a Specialist Delivery Service for fragile goods such as wall panels but always request them to delivery asap we dispatched within 48hrs. We have reviewed the recorded call with the customer service person to check if they were rude but i believe they were trying to be as helpful as possible and chased the delivery company to get date for you normally we do aim for 4-5 working days on free delivery option apologies it is closer to the advertised 7 working days.

I ordered 2 shower screens from JT on the 8th August. They were in stock, but here I am still waiting for them on the 18th August. Very poor communication, poor delivery service. I'm ready to cancel the order and will do tomorrow if I've heard nothing. Disappointing all round.
