“Very friendly and helpful staff with an OK product. The option for a vent in the shower cabin roof would have improved the product and to say it has radio and bluetooth is far fetched as the unit only god for turning the light on. Radio is affected by electrical items in the house including LED lighting,. None stop crackles and volume control like an on/off switch so it stays off.”

“The packaging was badly damaged so was worried contents were as well. Thankfully not , found out that some of the hoses were lose on main panel . So had a little bit of a water leak . Didn't think with a shower pod there would be much siliconeing to do but there is quite a bit with this pod . Have just got this to do then will see what it's like ??”
“Was told 8 to10weeks chased numerous times was told they would return call with update information never happened bath was delivered with no installation requirements or instructions for the money spent poor service sorry don't normally bother with this stuff but hopefully you'll understand”

We have the installation requirements for you if these are still needed, I apologise the bath was delivered without them. “The shower I purchased was excellent but the delivery driver was concerned when he initially delivered the item as the boxes were so badly damaged he was concerned that it may be a damaged shower. I agreed to accept delivery the understanding that I would check it asap and if there was any damage I would contact the company. He in turn took photo's of the boxes in case of any problems. Fortunately it was OK and is by far the easiest shower enclosure we have ever done. Thanks”

“I received my corner bath and panel. We are told on the order to open everything whilst the drivers are at your property so you can check for any damage. The driver / courier company tell us that they will not wait for us to check it. ??? My bath panel came damaged and by the time it was un wrapped for fitting it was too late for me to raise this. It's not acceptable considering the bath panel was £90. I've now a damaged bath panel which isn't going to be replaced. Its got to be said that all these companies have the same policy. Not everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet and if there is any damage with your goods, then your lumbered with it!!! Learn to accept it. I do approx 30 bathrooms a year and I definitely will not be ordering another product from this company.”

I am sorry to hear about this experience you have had. I have taken a look at this and I can see your bath was delivered to you around 2 months ago. Looking at the notes on your order I can not see any correspondence from yourself to make us aware of this. Although the delivery drivers did not wait for you to check the order over, our terms and conditions that have been sent to you previously are that if this can't be done then any damages must be reported within the 24-hour time frame. As you did not unwrap the goods until fitting, we cannot be liable for damages and this is the reason we ask for the goods to be opened and checked within the time frame stated.
