“Happy with product and speedy delivery .The reason I gave 4 stars is it didn’t come in a bag. It was a gift so would have been nice to have it in a bag they way you would buy it had you bought it from a shop.”

Hi Alan, Apologies that you were unhappy with the delivery. Looking at your order I can see it was placed on a Friday at 6pm, meaning the order would not have been processed until the Monday, which is what would have caused the delay. The delivery estimator would have accounted for this at checkout giving the delivery date of the following Tuesday. Many thanks, Ellie

“Hi I would like to leave a review. I tried to contact Joshua James over the christmas period as I had paid for express delivery and hadnt received my order. However, i went to my local post office and they advised me it doesnt matter what royal mail service people have paid for, the problem is the post office cannot deliver the high volume of post they received. My order was fortunately found in a pile which was waiting to be posted. The order I have received is perfect and of good quality. The person they were brought for is extremely happy with the earrings.”

“I ordered the bracelet for my daughter on 5th December. It finally arrived in the afternoon of Christmas Eve, by which time I’d given everyone their presents so had to run round with the bracelet. My daughter absolutely loves it, just a shame about the delivery delay.”
