“Very pleased with items and quick delivery , only negative I can say is that their wasn’t any foam in the boxes to tie the brackets ion to . ( Empty boxes )”

“Charm arrived well packed but dissapointed no small gift bag only the card for charm . When I have purchased charms elsewhere I have always had a small nomination gift bag”

“The earrings were very pretty and packed well. They were great surg communication and initially I had a problem with the delivery (Royal Mail) and they were straight on it and got a new set to me straight away”

“Easy enough to order and product really good. Took longer than expected for delivery, arrived day late for birthday gift, (2nd Class took 10days) so perhaps option to upgrade postage service at reasonable cost would remedy this.”

“Process fine but when the bracelet arrived it was open and the charm was separate. Had to take the bracelet and charm to a nomination shop to add the charm and close the bracelet. Disappointed that I had to do this. .”
