“The silver Teddy frame which was engraved was lovely and really beautifully packed. The only problem was it took longer to arrive than stated and only arrived 24 hours before the christening. Did try to ring to ask what was happening but got no reply, finally I sent an email which seemed to prompt the delivery. Hence the 4 stars.”

“Bracelet came with marks on impossible to speak to anyone on contact numbers eventually got a reply by email basically telling me to clean it unsure if the bracelet is genuine!”

“Delighted with the gold pendant, it was just what I was hoping for. The chain however is very thin as seen in the photo. I'd have willingly paid extra for a more substantial chain as I'm concerned it may break!”

“Decent jewellery at affordable prices. Purchased a necklace. Unfortunately it wasn't what we were expecting so I returned it for a refund. The refund address was available online only and there was no response to my email requesting that I'd like to return item but I followed the online instructions and once returned, refund was fast and easy.”
