“I recently purchased earrings for my granddaughter's birthday the garnet setting is really beautiful and just what I wanted, unfortunately, due to the appalling courier service the business uses they arrived too late to be given as a birthday present as they needed to be posted overseas, so will now be given as a Christmas present. I had intended to purchase a garnet necklace at a later date but due to this bad experience, I shall now buy from elsewhere.”

“Easy order process lots of bargains if you are looking for one Quick delivery usually I had one item didn’t turn up in my Christmas order but I received a message after I contacted them and hopefully it should be here tomorrow so will now be a birthday present instead”

“I ordered a nomination bracelet and charm which arrived very quickly and was pleased, But i wasn't told you needed the tool to make the bracelet i ordered one on the 23rd of November which i havent received yet and i am disappointed as it is a gift for my daughter on Friday and i will have to give it to her unwearable.”

“All ok. BUT I bought 3 nomination charms and they came with the little fold up boxes, one for each charm. But they only came with one nomination gift bag. This was disappointing as I wanted to give as 3 individual gifts. I think they should provide one per charm”

“To me the item is very small - in fact if I did not know it was a Robin, I would find it hard to recognise it as such! I am not a fan but this was a Christmas gift chosen by my daughter, and I am sure she will love it.”
