“I managed to lose an earring out of a set that I bought which consisted of earrings, bracelet & necklace that I had bought last year. I was desperate to find another set (as it was my wedding jewellery & I loved it) that I went to a couple of Debenhams stores to see if I could find another but couldn't so called Jon Richards directly. Jordan was super helpful & managed to find me a set as they had been discontinued. I am so grateful to her for this as I really love the set & of course it now has sentimental value! I also received it very quickly so overall very happy with Jon Richard & Jordan's service.”

“a bracelet like the one i purchased was given me for xmas by my daughter i loved the bracelet but lost it in holiday so i have just replaced it im so glad i was able to do this as i hate to loose presents thank you again for the quick service”

“I ordered a pearl and crystal bracelet and hair comb. The items arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and they are absolutely beautiful and look a lot more expensive than they cost.
