“Product is lovely I saw it originally in debenhams but was a sale online so got it with 30% decent. I am very disappointed with the packaging it wasn't in a plastic box like in debenhams and seems to have been squashed in tiny packaging. Need to check product fully to ensure not damaged.”

“Ordered ring online at 5pm on a Saturday. Order dispatched Monday. Order received Wednesday. That was standard delivery. Packaging was good. Excellent service. Updated by email throughout. Product is beautiful. Have other Jon Richard rings and they are all lovely. Would recommend without hesitation.”

“The earrings looked online as though they would match my bracelet perfectly and were advertised as lilac however when they arrived I personally would describe them as pink so I now have no use for them but can not return them either. Waste of money”
