“We had originally seen Jon Richard jewellery in Debenhams but they didn't have what we wanted in stock so decided to order online as we needed our item for my daughters prom. it arrived within 2 days and was perfect. The quality of the Head band was perfect and the pins beautiful. Thank you”

“Both of my bracelets where absolutely beautiful. I never wear bracelets because I have a very small wrist; however, these stretch bracelets fitted very well and I think I may well be hooked on bracelets now. I also have a Jon Richard necklace which I bought from Debenhams and one of the bracelets matches it really well. Excellent quality for the price.”

“I ordered mine and my bridesmaids jewellery and it is all so beautiful. It came well packaged and arrived very fast. They don't come with boxes though but I made the gift boxes for the girls gifts so that's OK!”

“Am really disappointed!! I ordered my bridal tiara more than a month ago and it didn't arrive till now.. According to their website it takes 10 working days maximum for international countries.. I contacted them but got a useless reply once only and no one is getting back in touch with me since then.. Honestly don't waste your money here..”

“Ordered bangles as a gift, and some for myself. They are very pretty but such a shame it doesn't come in a presentable box or bag, just literally some clear factory type wrapper. So now I must find my own box and bag to give the gifts in.”

“Product is lovely I saw it originally in debenhams but was a sale online so got it with 30% decent. I am very disappointed with the packaging it wasn't in a plastic box like in debenhams and seems to have been squashed in tiny packaging. Need to check product fully to ensure not damaged.”
