“The despatch email, should have contained tracking information, but didn't. It said to contact you via email if the article hadn't arrived after 5 days which it didn't. I emailed you twice but got no reply. You do not have a phone number to call customer support, hence the poor score There is no live chat or telephone number, amd you ignore emails. You never replied, the bracelet just turned up after about 8 days”

“Spent quite a lot on my last order as the prices are so reasonable. I love my little earring packs I got wear them every time I step out the door now. The necklaces I bought are keepers and will be able to wear in years to come I bought the really delicate celestial necklace it’s very dainty but sparkles. Can’t wait to wear it this summer.”

“The quality is top notch, so delicate and beautifully crafted. I was so happy with how the product looks. It was packaged so carefully and professionally. I couldn’t be happier with the product and the packaging. It was also priced incredibly reasonably. My only issue was it took a little bit longer than I was expecting to arrive. Other than the delivery time, I have no complaints and will definitely be shopping here again.”
