“Happy and pleased with all my purchases, which arrived promptly and were packaged well. One item had to be returned owing to damage in the mail I assume. But it was promptly dealt with by Jon Richard and received a perfect replacement very quickly. Have now ordered 6 other items for Christmas gifts from the sale---excellent price and value.”

“The end fell off when I tried to put it on for the first time. I will super glue it as I like it and don’t want to send back. But was unable to wear it for the wedding I bought it for. Thankfully I had a back up necklace”

“Contacted the company via email to cancel my order and got no response. About 12 days later the product was delivered. I'm not happy because I've lost money that I needed on an order I wanted to cancel and still have had no response.”

“This is a pretty bracelet. The reason for giving it 4 stars is that it is a lot thinner in the flesh than it is in the picture. I bought a similar one a couple of years ago which was far more substantial, but about the same price.”
