“I would like to point out that I would normally give 5 stars but on this occasion I am only giving 3 stars as for the first time I did not receive the item I ordered. The item order was as follows: Simply Silver Sterling silver twisted heart necklace and earring set However I received a teardrop necklace and earring set instead with no explanation why. Fortunately I did like the teardrop set and decided to keep it as I felt it was good value for money. Just disappointed I didn't receive what I ordered. I have gone online to re-order the twisted heart set but unfortunately it does not appear on there.”

“Really helpful, professional service. I lost my bridal hairpiece and Jon Richard staff (Sam) understood the sentimentality of the hairpiece and went to lengths to find a replacement for me even though the item was no longer on sale. Thank you very much.”

“I was pleased with the items that arrived. However, One item was no longer available and I had paid £6.00 for this item, but I was only credited with £5.40. No one told me that I would not get the full price I had paid on any item that was unavailable.”
