“Loved the jewellery, the choices and prices Very disappointed in the personal cards. Writing was upside down, poorly put together and no envelopes. Waste of money as the were put I. The bin. Real shame”

“I ordered some earrings, which didn't arrive by the suggested delivery date. I emailed Jon Richard to ask for an explanation and was advised that the earrings had been returned and the money had been refunded. I was then advised that the earrings are now out of stock. Very disappointed with the whole customer service experience. I have bought jewellery in the past from Jon Richards in store. Not sure if I will buy online from them again.”
