“Ordered bracelet on express delivery and it was broken on opening. Contacted Customer Services who would have sent out replacement only bracelet was now out of stock. By the time this info was received it was too late to choose a substitute. I purchased from a competitor in time for Christmas. I received a refund and the broken bracelet will be posted shortly.”
