“Recieved my necklace and earrings set to give as a gift to an elderly friend. Very disappointed, but couldn't return as I had opened the little plastic packet to remove the items. According to the advert, the set was reduced from £40 to £20. Surely no one ever paid £40 for that? The stone was minute and the elderly lady would never be able to fasten the chain as it was so fine. Didn't look so tiny in the photos. I am now not able to give it to the lady and now have to spend another £20 somewhere else.”

“Stunning tennis necklace for my daughter's 18th birthday. The original gift box was damaged but a replaced was quickly sent and extra care was taken with the packaging. Excellent customer service.”
