“I ordered a pair of teardrop earrings for my daughters wedding and received a completely different pair. Had to go into Debenhams and swap them. Luckily they had the original pair I ordered. Will be reluctant to order online again.”

“I received my items quickly. One of the bracelets was broken but when I called customer services they shipped another out to me on the same day. The only issue I had was that there wasn't an email address to contact and leave a paper trail.”

“I brought the bracelet for a friend of mine from work who I have been mentoring, and she had just passed an important exam and the bracelet was a present to show how proud of her I was. It was as described and she was thrilled with it. Thank you.”

“One of the jewellery earrings fell apart and one necklace was so tangled that it ended up falling apart too. On top of that the boxes that they came were peeling so it will be so embarrassing to give as gifts. Very disappointed.”
